Following are discussions on the Woo Tek Seng Mark.

Thank to inputs from Harmon and Peter Pugh who sent partial scans of this marking, we can now reconstruct it and record:

WOO TEK SENG
    STAMPED

as Group IV, # 13A

This proves, as it was anticipated, that the system works

this was alledged to be "Woo Tak S" when I got it. but it also has
"Stampe.." on it. I did a find on the Orsetti List and couldn't find it. It
looks like "TEK" to me and not TAK. It is also not a "W" in front of the
"OO".
